Check-ins are prompted automatically at the end of each lesson. You can also access them from the Learning section of your dashboard.
How to complete a check-in
Finish your lesson for the week
When prompted, answer the check-in questions honestly — these reflect how you've been showing up at work
Submit your responses
Your answers feed directly into your Work-Rite scores and behaviour scores, which you can view in your Insights dashboard.

Why check-ins matter
Your check-in responses track your behavioural change over time. The more consistently you complete them, the more accurate and useful your progress data will be.
