Showcase is where you record and share your real-world achievements — the moments where you applied what you've learned and made a positive impact.
Step 1 — Go to the Showcase page
Click on Showcase in the navigation menu from your dashboard.
Step 2 — Create a new showcase entry
Click the button to add a new showcase. Describe what you achieved, how you applied what you learned, and the impact it had.
Step 3 — Submit
Once submitted, your showcase contributes to your team's recognition culture.

What makes a good showcase?
Be specific. Describe the situation, what you did differently because of Appellon, and what changed as a result. The more detail, the more meaningful the recognition.
Who can see it?
Showcase entries are visible to your Leader, Site Admins and Super Admin. They're used to celebrate wins and track team culture progress.
